We got two rooms that slept four people each. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast had many excellent choices, from eggs, meat, and cheeses to outstanding baked goods. The location next to the train station was perfect for us. The staff was very courteous and helpful and let us store our luggage after checkout for a few hours so that we could explore Florence before our train departure.

Located on a quiet side street, very close to the train station and walkable to everywhere in the historic area. 4th floor Property has an old, small elevator. We enjoyed the breakfast and especially the rooftop terrace.

The staff (Arman) was amazing! The hotel was perfect - rooms lovely and comfortable, breakfast was exactly as needed to start the day, the terrace was a haven for the end of the day, and the location could not have been better! Just a block from Train and within minutes of so many restaurants, shopping, and vital places to visit: the Cathedral/Duomo, Accademia, and so much more!

Very small rooms for a family of 4 ,small beds and noisy air conditioning. Redeeming features were the beautiful views from the rooftop and breakfast was delicious. Not a 3 star hotel, probably a 2 star.

This a small boutique hotel near the main train station so the location is good. The front desk service was very helpful and the breakfast was definitely worthwhile. My only slight concern is that our room was quite small, but possibly my room selection was that type. It’s worthwhile knowing ahead of time your room size.

Very great experience in this hotel. Just 1 block from the train station and basically 10-15 mins walking distance to all Florence attractions. Good breakfast with pastries but also eggs, yogourt, cereals. Traditional Italian rooms, not modern as American standards but very clean, comfortable and good price for the average in the historic center of Florence. The top roof is a must.
