What a fantastic stay at Hotel David. The hotel description is exactly as described, but even better when you stay there. All of the staff was wonderful, super friendly and attentive. The free hot breakfast was amazing. Having access to free coffee and tea throughout the day was such a nice perk. And the free happy hour was a great way to meet other guests and enjoy some flatbread pizza and wine. There are bus stops super close and taxi stand literally within steps of the hotel. The hotel was so clean and our room was so comfortable. Beds were comfy and the shower was amazing. We cannot wait to return!

I chose the Hotel David because they had parking and we were driving in from Orvieto. (Not many places with parking). What we found was a wonderful little hotel. It’s out of all the hustle and bustle of Firenze, but everything is easily walkable. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was just right. The free happy hour from 6:30 to 8:00pm is a great way to wind down the day. We had great conversations with other guests. I’d highly recommend Hotel David.

This hotel is outstanding in customer service! The entire staff and owner went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with eggs everyday and a great assortment of cereals, yoghurts , fresh fruits and pastry.
The bonus was a generous happy hour from 6:30- 8, with a variety of great finger foods and wine included. We loved chatting with other quests and looked forward to this shared time . The location was quiet and away from the crowds yet so conveniently located with a bus stop right outside their door. The hotel is located just a 15 - 20 minute walk to many of the tourist attractions. The room was updated, clean and we loved our balcony. A great way to relax after a full day. We highly recommend this hotel, we know we will be back for sure.

Very happy with the service and experience we had at David Hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is very nice, and the complimentary happy hour was surreal. Where we come back to Florence, we'll definitely staying here again. It truly speaks about the commitment of the staff for providing the guests a nice, Tuscany experience!

Nice breakfast scrambled eggs and cold cuts your normal fruit yogurt cereal.
Great shower pressure!!!! No problem! Big body towels fantastic!!

The most important part to me is cleanliness and Hotel David does not disappoint. Bright clean and fresh sheets, sparkling clean bathroom. Such perfect and professional service. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! Extremely helpful with tips to explore the city. We only stayed one night but they even gave us a small gift at check out. Thank you again!!!

The staff were excellent they have an amazing breakfast and happy hour where the service is incredible. Very convenient to bus from train station but once there we walked everywhere nice distance from center to stretch your legs. Lots of great spots to eat within a couple hundred meters as well. Not sure why one would every stay in the center.
