Clean, basic room. Lovely views. Unique location - the access road was nearly 6 miles up the mountain but meant it was quiet and had a great vista. The meals were generous and pizza choices freshly cooked to order. As a ski resort it was very quiet with no snow!

Camera estremamente piccola quasi claustrofobica. Lo spazio per metterci un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Il letto a castello completamente inutilizzabile perché i materassi sfondati e molto scomodi.

Freundlichkeit u Service sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Haus und Zimmer alt, aber alles sehr sauber.
Frühstück sehr lecker. Eier mit Speck und Wurst/Käseplatte u Ciabatta, Crossiant frisch serviert. Kaffee sehr lecker, Saft sehr dünn.
Pizza u Pasta sehr lecker , zuvorkommender Service.

They played high music until 3 am and when we told them about the problem next day they tried to refuse that it even happened. Room was not cleaned properly. This was definitely not worth the money. We checked after one night even due we had three nights paid and they refused to repay us for any of the two remaining nights

Di positivo ha la posizione, in quanto presenta un accesso diretto alle piste.
Da migliorare la pulizia della camera e l’accoglienza: il personale non era presente nè al nostro arrivo, nè alla nostra partenza, per cui abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi della camera incustodite alla reception.

Personne à l'accueil à mon arrivée, j'ai du aller chercher quelqu'un dans un restaurant à proximité. On m'a donné une chambre et 2h après on est venus me déplacer, soit-disant la chambre n'était pas propre. On m'a mis dans une chambre qui n'avait pas vraiment été nettoyée (poils de rasages encore présents dans le lavabo, entre autre).
Le patron et le pizzaiolo étaient sympas et le petit-déjeuné correspondant aux attentes de base.
L'accès est par contre compliqué, à la base d'une remontée de télésièges, difficile de comprendre où aller se garer. Mais avec les explications j'ai pu mettre mon véhicule à l'abris pour la nuit. Zone très calme et vue imprenable sur la vallée.

L’hotel era praticamente distante 10 km dalla città di Bormio è risultata assolutamente scomoda perché appunto c’era la strada piena di curve, mi hanno cambiato la camera a mia insaputa ritrovandomi i miei effetti personali in un’altra stanza.sinceramente mi aspettavo molta più professionalità da parte del personale dell’hotel, sono rimasto molto deluso dell’esperienza in questa struttura.

Hotel in stile montano sulle piste da sci di Bormio 2000,conduzione familiare con ottimo servizi,ristorante, scuola sci,deposito sci e tanti altro ancora .
Prodotti genuini di loro produzione come salumi e formaggi ,torte e dolci fatti in casa
Servizio cena un po`alla "buona"....
Camere minimal ,la mia un po`troppo piccola in quanto il letto matrimoniale da una parte era contro il muro e di notte per alzarsi era un' impresa.
Pulizie camere inesistenti ....i letti li facevano puntualmente ogni giorno ,ma la pulizia del bagno temo non sia mai stata fatta ,ci ho pensato io con i prodotti che ho trovato fuori dalla camera su un mobiletto.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene,ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo,ottima posizione per chi ama sciare in quanto direttamente sulle piste!
