Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, looked after me really well. Love the sustainability initiatives (no plastics, jar in the room for free water). Would definitely come here again. Not very convenient for public transport though as you have to walk along a road with no footpath to get to the station, plus there was a little confusion over shuttle transport from the airport (Expedia said there was one, hotel said there wasn't, taxi driver said there was - I took the taxi!) In the hotel itself the only down point for me was that the pillows were very hard. I loved everything else!

I laked everything. And I especially remember your employee Rusanna I had a problem with charging my phone and camera, she solved this problem with great patience and attention. She is just super !!!!!!!!

We arrived at Bergamo airport and there was no shuttle bus to hotel.The taxi driver wanted 40 euros for an 8 min drive.We got the bus into Bergamo this was 10pm and couldn’t get a bus to the hotel😤We had to the get a taxi for 28 euros.Arrived exhausted.Next morning 40euros to Bergamo station.Thought the hotel was near the airport.Never again!!!!!!!!

Really lovely stop off on our journey from Slovenia to Spain. I hobbled in on critches after a mishap on holiday, the desk immediately gave an upgrade and first room on ground floor. Staff very friendly, hotel spotless. Room large and bed very comfy, we slept very well. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and tasty.

Fairly close to one of the airports airport and they had some type of filtered water. There is also a grocery store you can walk to. Only stayed here a night and it was fine for that.

It was an amazing place to stay. I would love to come back again. Very clean and neat environment.

The airport shuttle indicated does not exist. It is a taxi service costing 2 times 25 EUR from and to the airport. Adding this to the hotel cost you are better off booking in beautiful Bergamo or the hotel across in the shopping centre

Is not near the airport hence the name sake...for short stays 10-12 h is ok longer i would not recomend...breackfast is ok for the 4 e fee and staff also ok...hotel facility and amenitys 2.thanka

We checked in late at night (about 1030/11) as our flight got delayed quite a bit, and the front desk was uninterested; no wishes, no greetings, like a bullet train gave instructions and that is it. When asked if we can have some milk for our little one, the answer was plan - NO; talk tomorrow to the kitchen. He didn't even give us any suggestions or show any remorse for not being able to offer any help. Next morning, there was a female at reception, who was quite nice and friendly, greeted us straight away. The breakfast was good. The stay was generally OK, as we just wanted to spend the night, before our travel to Lake Garda the next day. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the location not too far from Bergamo airport.
