The only hotel where every member of staff was welcoming, interested in excellent service and where the answer to any question was always “yes”. Excellent quality food for breakfast , and impeccably clean .

A delightful oasis in the heart of old town Lucca. Recently modernised with all ammenities inc elevator in what was once a carriage house. They’ve done a fabulous repurposing of an ancient structure in to an up to date first class hotel. The car parking was a welcome bonus to have in an otherwise not car friendly city.

This hotel is a lovely centrally located modern boutique hotel within a converted historic building. The amenities are all top notch and new and the staff are friendly and helpful. We would have liked to have had a longer stay in Lucca as everything about Palazzo Dipinto was excellent!

We stayed for 2 nights prior to departure from Pisa. The hotel is centrally situated in a quiet location within the walled city. Lovely room, clean & spacious , with good choice at breakfast buffet and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Close to good restaurants and great shopping. 15 minute walk to train station. Excellent breakfast each morning and super service for everything from the staff. Would definitely stay here again!
