Had a fabulous stay here. It is designed as a large complex on the mountain-side. It feels very rural but it is only 100m from the main road. Very convenient to drive 5 minutes to Baja Sardinia. There is a supermarket nearby, and the beach of Baja Sardinia was so beautiful. There is free parking and an elevator. Every unit has its own large terrace. There is a pool that is popular with families. I felt very safe there. The apartment was large, tall ceilings, big bathroom, lots of windows, full kitchen. Very quiet at night, the walls are built very solid unlike many hotels with paper-walls across Italy. Since it is apartment-style, you must take all your garbage and recycling downstairs, which made checkout take longer.
The management is excellent. They are very organized, clean and helpful. My car battery died, and the manager/owner Bela saved the day and helped to jump my car battery. This is service I will always remember.
I thought the price was very reasonable. The only concern I had is I paid €90 extra for a cleaning fee, which I did not see on any of my emails of the reservation. But I did not dispute it because the price was still reasonable but I would advise future guests to read the fine print.
I had a perfect stay overall. I wish I could have stayed longer here! I recommend to everyone to stay here if they are in the Baja Sardinia area.

Perfect location if you want some calm and relaxing time off the grid. You definitely need a rental car for this. Appartments are comfortable and you have lots of space. Pool is super clean and not too crowded. Besides two vending machines for coffee, drinks and snacks there is not restaurant or cafe present in the complex. Parking is great and you have a lift up to the appartments, but following the street up, you can also drive directly to the reception which is open during the mornings for check-out and from 17:00 on for check-in. Staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, apartments are clean but its the helpfulness of Bela that made the holiday. If you have any problems or questions he is always happy to help. He provided us with a map and highlighted 8 different beaches, told us of supermarkets, places to eat and the day and night markets. It would be nice to have WiFi in the rooms and other little things but that's the company not Belas decision. All in all great stay for the price. If you have a car and like driving around perfect place to stay as it has secure private parking and quiet pool to relax in after a long day out.

The only good thing about the resort is the quiet location, the beautiful pool with a side view of the sea and the friendly and helpful staff (Bela). The supposedly inexpensive stay quickly became very expensive, as the additional costs for final cleaning (70 EUR), energy flat rate (7 EUR per person/day - even children pay the full price) and local tax are not transparently declared but can only be found in the fine print. Costs for energy consumption must be included in the general costs of the accommodation, everything else is unserious and does not correspond to the common, European practice. In total, almost 20% of the total travel price was added on top. Caution: ideally bring towels, dish towels and toilet paper. The initial equipment which includes, among other things, only a roll of toilet paper is very meager. Here, every kitchen utensil (e.g. kettle or coffee maker costs several euros per day). The condition of the apartment was just acceptable, the furniture already very worn and the beds very uncomfortable. The owners justify such costs with the fact that energy prices have risen, but to spend over 100 EUR on energy for 4 days is unacceptable and excessive. It is true that it is stated in the fine print, but reputable providers offer complete cost transparency. We would not like to come back again.

Had a very pleasant stay at Ea Bianca apartments resort. Very helpful and friendly management. They have the goal to give their guests a comfortable stay. It's well maintained and offers a nice pool. Only a small bar would be a good add.
