Stayed for one day at this place. Had issue with booking staff members resolved it right away. Appreciate the good work by Riecardo, karole and their manager on duty.🙂

Ac did not work.. wierd smell in the room

This place takes hours to get to extremely far away from Milan takes 2 trains and a bus to get to no one speaks English. We had no electricity one night no running water. if you want to safe money it’s OK but the commute is very long and twisted to figure out. Staff is nice but no one speaks English. Restaurant BellaVista is great ! Amazing food but that’s all the rest of the place is bit strange police and military soldiers everywhere living in this building.

The hotel personal were really nice. The restaurant increíble and such a good price. Good for families and groups.

When we checked in, I asked for wifi passward. But was told that because too many people were connected we wouldn't be able to use wifi. I asked about parking, and was told that the lot behind the property was best choice. But lot is not lighted and not controlled, so park at own risk. The next morning we saw two burned vehicles in lot. In the morning our toilet stopped working, and we couldn't flush. No air conditioning. Bug on bed when we first arrived. Overall, I would not stay at this property again.

Terrible hotel in unpleasant area. Didn't even bother staying for the two nights we had booked. The photos were definitely not representative.

Room was nice. Reception was a shambles, very unprofessional and very unorganised.

Absolutely terrible place to start your vacation, our room was on the top floor and it was a total mess. A few vocabulary differences, AC means fan, tv means physical tv no channels, water is provided only upon your arrival and the location is terrible far away from everything. The staff is careless and they lack sense of urgency and priority. Wish I had taken the ants and bugs pictures that were sleeping with us. Gross.

Hotel was in a very run down area of Milan. The staff were ok, but with 900+ rooms and seemingly little investment, everything was run down, dirty or broken.

I know it's far from Milano center but they don't do any efforts to do better in shuttle services. No Wi Fi . Only in the reception area so you have to stuck by the front desk

There were ants. All over the place. Also, room stank. Got worse during cooking hours when it smelled like shrimp. Huge unit though. But not pleasant.

Was stuck there by Expedia after other reservation at a hotel in Milan was not honnered. Not a good location if you are there to sightsee Milan.

Very large hotel in the middle of nowhere very dated

Very reasonably satisfied with Staffing and Hotel distance from City Centre is a concern.

Internet connection was poor house keeping staff forgets to put clean towel every day other wise all OK

What a Fantastic place to stay, They picked us up by Coach from the Metro , from the minute we walked they could not do enough for us and this at 11.30 pm incredible, Breakfast was some thing else, the Beautiful Julia was just so friendly and helpful nothing was to much, when next in Milan we will be staying with you again.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Milan, with a connecting shuttle bus. However, this is infrequent, with gaps in service of up to one and a half hours, is often late (worst case for us, half an hour) and in any case only goes to the end of a metro line. On coming from town, we felt we had to aim to arrive 15 minutes before the bus was due, in case of hold ups on the metro, and a minimum of an hour and a quarter has to be allowed to get to central Milan. If you miss the bus, taxi will cost €25 to €40 from the metro to the hotel. The hotel is definitely not 4* and, although cheap, this is offset by the inconvenience and loss of time going to and from town. If sightseeing, the position precludes returning to the hotel for lunch and a rest, or for a rest before going out for the evening. It is a huge hotel and the rooms are large and comfortable - but it is built in the middle of nowhere and has few guests. Most of the occupied rooms when we were there were filled with police officers going on duty in central Milan. As there are few guests, some of the bars and restaurants do not open. Some of the surrounding facilities - shops, tennis courts - seem unused and untended. I bought this through an Epedia offer sight unseen because central Milan prices were so high. I wouldn't do that again - with the loss of time and taxi and metro fares, I would have done better with a central Milan hotel, despite the price.

Great place to stay, really secure

Hotel bom porém alguns detalhes , não tem estacionamento , o que tem fica na rua atrás do hotel , consegui estacionar , mas o hotel é uma base da polícia e exército então você vai ver inúmeros policiais por lá , um pouco estranho mas a cama era boa e chuveiro , restaurante tem um pizza boa a barata
