My partner and I had a lovely weekend here. We had a private room with everything we needed. It was very clean and the staff was welcoming. The place is also pretty central so it’s easy to get to the main attractions in enoshima. The Thai and Korean restaurants nearby were really good too. We will definitely be going there again if we visit Enoshima.

The property is in a great location. We left our car parked for the two days we were there and didn’t have to use it. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants nearby, all in walking distance. Small rooms but perfect for a short trip to the beach! Highly recommend.

Great location but room size was too small for 4 people. No curtains. No closet. No dresser. Thin mattress with skinny pillows providing no support. The worst hotel experience we had in Japan. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very reasonably priced considering its location across the street from the beach. I really can't say anything negative about the hotel. The staff was attentive, and the property was decently maintained. We would stay there again when we visit Enoshima.

Good service, great location and nice facilities. I was disappointed that there was no on-site parking for our bicycles (It’s not on the website I think?).
There were 2 bicycles parked in the passage outside my bedroom…. Why couldn’t we bring our bicycles into the hotel for one night?

Nice hotel that's located really close to the train station. I would recommend you bring eye blinders so you can sleep in. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and tidy. The staff was also friendly and held our bags after check out.

Good location, just out side of the Enoshima bridge and train station. I got a window view if the river and train station. Great staff and English speakers. Everything looks clean in all areas. They are a Lawrson store on the first floor and others fast food and restaurants around. They hold my luggage and put it in my room.
Bad: no movies channels or English. No bathroom in my room. The room amenities show: Bathroom, but was out side. Bathroom was clean and take care.

1泊で江ノ島旅行で利用させて頂きました。とても気持ち良く過ごせました！
ただ、気になるのがエアコンの吹き出し口にカビ？のようなものが付いていました。あとこの時期の利用だからある程度しかたないですが、窓からのすきま風があり寒かったです。
でも、とても綺麗で娘も喜んでました！
周りに飲食店もたくさんあり、とても楽しめました！

歩き回ったので疲れてチェックイン時刻に伺ったところ、スタッフさんがロビーでタオルをたたんでいました。
そんなゆるいホテルなのね、という認識。
部屋は入るといきなりベッド。ここしか置き場がないよね、という椅子が無理やり感満載で冷蔵庫前に鎮座していました。
洗面台が狭いので、顔を洗うと水が洗面台下の木製の部分に滴り落ちてしまいます。
洗面台横に12,3cmの隙間があるので、そこまで広げる、またはそこに物置スペースを作った方が使いやすいと思いました。
あの部屋なら、無理やりツインじゃなくて、ダブルベッド1台でいいと思います。シーズンオフでお客さんも少なかったようなので、静かでした。

夜中、廊下がうるさかったので、目が覚めました。あとはチェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預かってくださり助かりました。室内は比較的清潔で良かったです。

コンセントも使いやすい位置にあり便利。
ただ、窓から冷気が伝わるのが残念なのと、あくまで個人的な好みになりますが、柔らかい過ぎるマットレスは苦手です。
