The best hotel in Ueno, nice place, nice staff, nice location 👍.

The location is excellent. You can use the elevator exit from Tarawamachi station and walk only 1-2minutes. However, there is only one washing machine and one drying machine in the onsen area. You might wait for long time until the machine is available.

Love the location! Just 1 train directly from Narita Airport to the exit a18 asakusa Station. Next of the hotel is Family Mart, it's a few minutes walk too to Asakusa Temple. Room is compact, everything you need is there they always change the toiletries and bed is comfy too. Value for Money, good for 2 persons.

Accessible to almost anything in Ueno area.

Its a nice hotel-space for those who need sleep after shopping/activity from outside. The bed is enough for 2 person but for the room actually quite small if you bring 2 large luggage, you will struggle when you open it because the space is not enough, I mean there will be no access for walk inside the room. But for neighborhood, its soo good because it is surrounding with Sevel, Famima and Lawson. And you can put your luggage for moment after check out if you are going somewhere first before flight back.

The room was tight plus there is no door to it. Smelly room. Everything need to charge and paid even luggage storage after check out.

Could be better with their service. They couldn't help us with our spoilt luggage and refused to take in even we said we can pay for service. But it was a nice location. If you are light sleeper, you might find the morning train beep sounds would be loud. But I'm fine!

Near jr ueno station, room was clean and staff is very helpful. The minus one only the stairs in front of the hotel, not comfortable if you bring large luggage.
