Very convinient, JR Line , Osaki Station. All Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful.
Last but not least , Hotel Guest have access (for a fee) to a member only Fitness Club inside the building.
I will stay in this well funktion Hotel again .

I will definitely come back to this hotel. It is right at Osaki station and within the nice ThinkPark complex. It is a very pleasant area with gardens, restaurants and stores.

Conveniently located with a great access to a JR Osaki station, cafes/ dining, and shops. I chose this hotel as hotel guests have an access to an individual gym which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel building.

Nice location by Osaki Station. It’s connected to ThinkPark Tower and that had a nice selection of restaurants. The shower water pressure was terrific. The washing machine is a combo one, so our clothes did not totally dry, had to hang everything up.

Convenient location to Osaki station with restaurants, convenience stores, etc nearby. Seems more of a business/local/quieter area vs the high tourist, crowded areas of Tokyo. Close to Haneda airport through Shinagawa station.

Overall the property is in a very decent and respectable area between residential and commercial. The hotel itself is nice from the lobby/reception area to the gym and pool. The room however is small and outdated. Then their's the situation of the gym/pool facilities which is a false advertisement due to the fact that you have to pay to use the facilities, it's situated in the hotel but ran separately from it. The Osaki train station and bus depot plus taxi stand is a added bonus, for those looking to explore the city.

This hotel was just okay. It’s fairly close to a subway line and there are several options for coffee and food.
The room was clean but very small. No space to unpack. The elevators are slow and always stop at Floor #4 slowing them down. The amenities were very limited compared to what the 3 other hotels where I had stayed offered. You have to pay to use the gym; thought it was included.

This was my first time in Tokyo and I didn’t know what to expect. But this hotel was clean and located right next to the Osaki station so it was a perfect launching point for checking out the city. Staff knew just enough English so we could communicate well and they were super helpful. Definitely going to stay here next time. The room is small by American standards, but it’s Tokyo so that is to be expected.

Totally acceptable stay with no shortcomings on the basic stuff. It was clean, comfortable, functional. Room’s conditions and decor was however very dated and needs a renovation. No instant coffee in the room seemed skimpy.

Overall an excellent property in a great location, with one exception: of the three hotels we stayed in during our time in Japan, this offered the least inspiring breakfast. Indeed we gave up on it after the first try, even though we had prepaid for multiple days. Tastes will vary, but know there is a variety of breakfast options available within a 5-10 minute walk, including Gate City Plaza, Thinkpark Plaza, and the Osaki Station itself. We left feedback with the hotel, so perhaps things will have changed when you stay here.
