Best affordable hotel so far after few time went to japan. Best location and near with attraction. Also best facilities and comfortable.

it was a nice hotel and a nice place to stay. The hotel is near from the subway station, convenient store, and other. It is a good place and near to other places, easy to travel.

I choose the one with a sofa, the room not small or big and you can by choosing to clean the room every day or choose to drink each day at the hotel to give like the green hotel mood. - Onsen is divided into rounds for women and men. - Breakfast is a delicious pancake menu. - The hotel, not far from the subway, Susukino and little tired walking when coming from Sapporo - Return to the airport, take the bus to the airport at the bus stop near the hotel. This is the first stop before entering Sapporo. I like this a lot.

it was 5 minutes walk from exit 1 on Nakajima-koen Station. After you reach the ground street level, just walk straight toward Lawson. After walking straight, you will meet the 2nd Lawson store and Ibis Styles Hotel. The alley to the Hotel Relief will be after that on the right hand side. The staffs were polite and accommodating. The cleaning lad was helpful and thorough and always putting new towels everyday. The airport bus shuttle was just on the opposite of the 1st Lawson shop just outside exit 1 on street level. The airport bus will cost you 1100 Yen each way and only accept cash as payment. Good hotel will be staying here when in Sapporo

The hotel was very nice and very approachable staff. So recommended. There’s a free hot spa on the first floor. Enjoy. 😊

Loved our stay, wish could've stayed much longer than 2 nights! Location good, 5 minutes walk from Nakajima Koen station (just take the small elevator from the platform floor, then take another one to get to ground floor. There are only 1 elevator on each floor so don't worry about taking the wrong exit. Also, a huge help when you're bone tired and have heavy bags). Plenty of restaurants, minimarts and a supermarket around the hotel. 7 minutes walk to Susukino area which has tons of shops/eating places/bars/izakayas/hostess cafes 😉 The hotel is very nice, receptionists all speak quite good English and are friendly&helpful. They give you discount coupons for the hotel cafe which we heard was so good that non-guests came to have a meal in. Unfortunately didn't have time to visit the cafe, neither the onsen. There's also an Eco plan if you stay for at least 2 nights which allows you to choose some freebies (a nice toiletries set/2 cans of beer/2 hours late checkout!) in lieu of room cleaning. They still give you new towels and additional amenities every day though. Our economy double room was a bit small, comfortable nonetheless. The big window overlooked this lovely little river which has fish and ducks. Oh, and they also give you a smartphone that you can take outside! You can use it for GPS, browsing, looking up place to eat etc. Even includes free local calls and international calls to selected countries! Very useful, I'm impressed 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
