My family stayed here two nights. It is a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a deep bathtub and well appointed. They have a breakfast buffet available that was very nice. The second floor also features an onsen, which we didnt get to try. I have 3 large tattoos but they also had tattoo stickers, my tattoos are just very big. It didnt matter to me, we had so much fun! The hotel is directly next to the Hakodate Station which was great when we got off the train to heavy snow! There is a Lawson's on the ground level you can access without going outside. There are also cute restaurants and shops on the first floor and a Gold's Gym. We had a great stay and Hakodate is lovely.

Excellent hotel. Location & toom size. Entrance very near to Hakodate station. Was made to walk further up if you follow google map.

The location of the hotel is just next to the train station. Very convenient with a Family Mart connected to the hotel. We got the big 50m2 room with the washing machine and a kitchen and it was very spacious and nice. The hot onsen was nice too!

Bad experience for checking in almost 1 hour to wait, because of hotel lost or confuse my booking information and no good management or good solution for customer then convince me to book new rooms with them instead with more expensive price.

Very good value, good location, right next to Hakodate Station. There is an onsen to soak as well. The toiletries are very good, the smell is good, the hair is soft.

Few step from JR Station, its very convinience. Room is spacious. Very good breakfast and staff is two thumbs up :)

The hotel is very near to JR station. Clean, new room. I like the wide bathroom with bath and shower standing area. The room is spacious. The view is very good.

perfect location, just 50 meters walk from hakodate station. out the station the hotel will be at left side. the room is very clean, the staff is very helpful. they have onsen in the hotel.
