The staff very friendly even when they only talk in Japanese. They even can follow my demand to hold my suitcase for me because the locker isn't enough for it to fit

Self check in, staff are very helpful, room is clean, although the carpet looks old but not dusty, towels & pajamas are replaced with new ones every day, amenities and coffee are available in the lobby, coin laundry on the 7th floor is very useful.
