距離車站近，雖然旁邊是居酒屋附近有遊樂場，晚上還是很安靜。
房間每日會有專人打掃而且乾淨，唯一的缺點就是浴室非常小。
櫃台只有check in時間會在，白天出門一定要記住密碼鎖的密碼不然會進不去。

전체적으로 만족스럽고 길 건너 바로 편의점이 있어서 좋았어요. 근처 노래방이 있는지 노래소리가 나지만 나쁘지 않았고 무료 커피이용과 정수기가 있어 좋았어요. 늦게 체크인했는데 응대 친절했구 무엇보다 후쿠치야마역에서 가까워서 좋았어요

本次住宿是高架床，但床太高，床墊又厚，床與天花之間太近，感覺更壓迫。情願住塌塌米會更好。室內有獨立洗手間。環境是很優靜。但周邊沒太多景點，但有多款餐廳主要是燒肉放題。也有一間很地道的超市。住宿那裡主要是從福知山搭丹後鐵路往天橋立會較好。早出發可爭取更多時間可去宮津看放水燈及花火。由於到步後下雨，所以沒有到福知山城去看。
