We had an excellent wedding anniversary stay here. Our room was nice and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our meals were both pleasantly memorable. Their public hot spring baths were nice. The bath in our room was spectacular. They offer fishing along a pier for guests if you're interested. We also enjoyed browsing their gift shop. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends looking for a nice getaway. They take cash, cards, and PayPay.

The food was not bad. The meat we ordered tho was super fatty and oily. The room was very cold even though we had heaters on the whole night. The hot spring was very good though. It was hard to catch a big fish but we only caught little fish. This hotel helps cool your fish or keep it. I think overall it was not bad.

Thank you for keeping us safe and taking care of us through the earthquake. I still can't believe you served us (part of the) osechi breakfast the next day! Everyone were so lovely, calm and kind beyond belief, and the breakfast was delicious. We hope to come back once the region is stabilized.

Amazing luxury onsen resort! We stayed for 2 night and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. The resort is located within Tsukumo Bay, very beautiful and soothing scenery. We stayed in Jr. Suit room and it was very spacious. The food was great and we felt so stuffed after each meal. There was a fishing pier and you can rent the whole fishing set. Highly recommend to stay more than 1 night to enjoy everything that this resort has to offer.
