While it is a slight walk to and from center city it’s not terrible at all, good location. For three of us we were comfortable within the space while there.

Nice guesthouse and I would stay again. The location was convenient with the train and restaurants within walking distance.

Didn't mention that they don't have lift/elevator hence it was hard and tiring for us to carry all the luggage with family till 5th floor. No space to keep luggage ( forget about opening them) even sleeping was not pleasant ( bed were too small). bathroom were very small with local shampoo and conditioners. hard to open toilet door because of limited space.

It was modest but worth the amount you pay

Nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The address sent us to the wrong location, but the locals were helpful in finding the hotel.

It has been abnormally cold in Japan. The room was good sized and not too far from Yokogawa station. However, the heater was not enough to warm up the room. I had 2 comforters and a blanket on top. It wasn't freezing in the room, but cold enough that you couldn't sit there and watch TV without a blanket covering you. That was with the heater on. And there is no elevator, but I was on the 2nd floor. It looks like there are 5 or 6 floors, so I hope you get a lower floor.

Friendly staff and it was value for money. Although you couldn't expect much for what we pay for. Cause it's discounted one.

Clean, comfortable, and good value. The bathrooms are a little small but otherwise the rooms are great. Staff are very polite. Within walking distance of a JR train station. Overall a good place to stay!

One must remember this is a Guest House not a Hotel so the same amenities should not be expected.Saying that however the room I had was large,clean and reasonably well furnished.There is no lift so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairway.The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.I could not give them a bad review even if I wanted!The location is a little difficult to find however after the first day or two I came to prefer the quiter neighbourhood to those more central.It is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest station where there is plenty choice of transport.There is quite a large supermarket tucked away before the station...as well as smaller ones nearby. There are several restaurants in the vacinity too. All in all then this guesthouse comes with my full recommendation.

Rough to get to, NO ELEVATOR, sticky floor

The room is large with two chairs for us. There's even a freezer inside the fridge where you can store ice cream bought from convenient store ;) However, I am not sure if there's drinking water available since these's no water boiler in the room. We have to buy bottle water from the convenient store across the street :( There're only stairs to get to our room. The location is not convenient and we practically had to walk there for at least 10 minutes from the bus station. The staff are friendly and nice. I would recommend the guesthouse to provide a workable email for contact since we went through a lot of trouble to get in touch with the staff to tell them about our request for late check-in.

Great location, 10 minute walk from Yokogawa station, 25 minute walk to Hiroshima Peace Memorial, Atomic Dome and Hiroshima Castle. Two convenience stores across the road, and several restaurants along the road. Use of kitchen facilities. Room was bare but perfectly functional and equivalent to the price. Would recommend for solo or couple travellers intending to stay in Hiroshima for a couple of nights like myself.

Except a little bit inconvenient location and no elevator I cannot find any negative thing to complain. The room is large enough for 2 big suitcases that is so great in Japan!

new and very clean room, nice lounge area, very friendly staff

Room was small, but had everything you needed.. Only down side was no spare pillows - and the pillows were very thin, so we wanted more. Greeter at the desk spoke excellent English, and was very helpful with a map and directions.

The place is within walking distance of a train/bus stop. Nearby restaurants. Easy access and self service.

Air conditioning a bit too weak in a hot summer. Lack of kettle and hair conditioner
