Great location, quiet area and yet central. Very good japanese style breakfast, evenings had free selected alcoholic drinks. Also there are great amenities that you can select every evening (5 per room) like masks, cream, serum, hair products etc. Only complaint are the pillows which were made of small plastics balls. In the lobby there are some other types of pillows available but its first come first serve and they seem to run out by the end of the night.

The room itself is very basic and small compared to big chain hotels, however the price reflects it with its affordability.
On top of this, the hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well as different cosmetics, lotions, shampoos, and other goodies for you to take free of charge.
They also offer a sleeping gown and different pillows for you to choose from for hardness and height of the pillow.
The washroom is also typical Japanese style with the toilet, tub,sink, and shower crammed into a small room but it is to be expected.
Overall a great hotel and stay!

Nice hotel to stay in Tokyo. Great location close to train station and many restaurants nearby. High recommend.

Short ride on underground to several tourist locations.
Not too far from Tokyo main station.
Breakfast is simple but good, with some vegetarian options in the buffet.
Nothing fancy but perfect to visit Tokyo all around using public transport.

Location is convenient but rooms are small -like mentioned many times. Major metro lines around. Many shops and cafes in the neighborhood. Breakfast is OKish. Definitely not a Western style hotel.

Good location, very pleasant staff who always did their best to help despite the language barrier.
Lovely to have a choice of pillows and a selection of moisturisers as well as general bathroom supplies.
Breakfast - excellent choice of foods for breakfast, but if you are looking for cereals and toast you'll be disappointed

We chose Super because we had a very good experience when we stayed at Super Hotel Beppu.
Mainly for it’s good price considering we get a good breakfast buffet and cocktails in the evening.
Of course we enjoyed the cosmetic freebies and the choice for the pillows.
Rooms were rightly sized, clean and as always, a very functional toilet and bath facility.
Definitely will continue to patronise Super Hotels next time we visit Japan.

東京駅から歩いて15分くらいで着くので
いつも歩いています。
日本橋へも人形町にも近いので食べに行くのも便利
です。朝食も無料で付いており、美味しいです。
部屋も大きめのデスクとソファのような椅子があり
効率良いレイアウトです。
大変お世話になりました。また利用したいです。

サービス: チェックイン時の案内や清掃員の方、食事の準備をしている方は皆親切で丁寧でした。
設備: 部屋にハンドソープが備え付けられていないことに驚きました。おそらくエレベーター前のアメニティの中にあったのだと思いますが、石けんを使わない人はいないと思うので、デフォルトで部屋にあったらよかったと思いました。アメニティは、入浴剤などもあり充実していました。部屋の中が珍しい間取りで、スーツケースを広げるのに少し苦労しました。
アクセス: 最寄り駅までは10分ほど歩かなければならないので、大きいスーツケースを持っての移動が少し大変でした。

銀座線、日比谷線、JR東京駅、神田駅などどこかでもアクセスは良い。
三越本店、千疋屋本店、多くのレストランが入ったコレド室町、ホテルオークラの桃花林他、高級なものを食べてみたいならYUITOがあります。
環境は、横に公園、あとはマンションだらけで夜の8時過ぎになると近くで食べられる店は一軒もなくなります。ホテルは言うことなしですから、三越やレストランで買ったものをたべるか、銀座も近いので地下鉄やタクシーで食べに行ってください。コンビニはホテル前に一軒ありますので助かるかも。
ホテルはアメニティやドリンクサービスもよく、枕も好きな硬さを選べます。
また、フロントスタッフの方が最高に感じ良いです。
部屋は簡素ですが十分ですね。良いホテルだと思います。
