The laundry washers and dryers charge 100yen coins for use. There is a microwave next to the laundry and dryer machines. There is a water filtration system in the laundry room free for use. Very conveniente and friendly, family mart downstairs was very useful. Staff are kind and nice. Enjoyed our stay here a lot.

My second stay for one night after my visit to tokyo was just as pleasant as my first stay staff are very kind and the rooms are very comfortable. I loved the convenience of being right next to a family mart and the quickness of getting a taxi called for me :)

The stay here was great the staff here are very nice and helpful with luggage and calling for taxis or any other convenience. Feeling hungry for a snack theyre right next to a family mart, quiet, comfortable stay beautiful view of the ocean.The restaurant upstairs has tasty variety of food. Loved the cafe bar in the lobby with happy hour :) will definitely be coming back my next visit to Okinawa

I was very happy here. It was on a main road, yet quiet and convenient. Easy to get to everything. A mile or less away from the Ocean, can get there easily. I had a room with an Ocean View and I was very happy there. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

I had a very happy and peaceful stay here. It was clean, safe and the staff was very helpful. I stayed there for a few nights, I headed out to explore For some time, and I ended up coming back there for a few more nights. Even though the hotel was busy, it was very quiet. Was very happy with it And it wasn’t far from any place I needed to go Transportation options. I had a pleasant stay. Thank You So Much!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are affordable, clean, and conveniently located in Ginowan. The rooms are small like most Japanese hotels I’ve been to, but for the price this hotel is great.

I enjoyed staying at The Grand Hotel Ginowan. I cannot say enoigh about the staff. They were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thanks ever so much for Sabina. She was such a pleasure to interact with and actually helped me with the Japanese language. She's a beautiful person, inside and out. Absolute asset for the business. Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and sites. Staff is great and will ensure you have a great stay, there is a Family Mart located in parking lot and is open 24 hrs.
