The best hotel we stayed at the entire trip, staff was tremendous and we were treated like royalty. There was a constant effort even when we didn’t need it to make sure we had the best experience. Everything was clean and the facilities were gorgeous

This is my fifth time staying at the Westin Miyako. The location is superb for seeing temples on the west side of Kyoto, and it’s always easy to get around, either via their free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, or by nearby public transit with a few blocks’ walk. The staff offers world class hospitality. I could not have asked for a better stay.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely Onsen. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed room. Great location. It was my wife’s birthday and at the end of an excellent teppanyaki dinner the chef sent out a gorgeous dessert plate.

Great comfortable room, big space for Japan standard. Clean and nice service. Location pretty nice on quite street, but the drawback no shopping area on walking distance.
