Nice and clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. A range of nice restaurants in the area. Consider the south side of the station, which is much more lively and has more choices for shopping and eating out. Our room had a window to the north; great view of Mt. Fuji.

新年会があり、宿泊させて頂きました。徒歩で居酒屋やコンビニ駅とアクセスがよかったです。朝食の時のスタッフさんがとても感じが良く9時の終了間際に、朝食終わりになります。おかわりしていってくださいね、と声をかけているもの見ました。私の不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、早めに連絡をいただいて帰る前だったので取りに行くことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

We stayed here for two days. Next day after check in, they didn’t clean the room and when I asked there is a lot of waste in the room, they asked me to clean. I was surprised! But can’t say anything, maybe it is their hotel rule to ask customers to clean their rooms.

It’ a decent hotel for a couple though it’s a bit small if you plan to bring a kid along. Good service and clean, comfortable bed. Just keep in mind that the parking is limited and if you get one space from the hotel parking is that kind that use kind of elevator which you don’t have a free access all the time you want to get something from your car. Anyway it’s a nice hotel in general!

部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルです。
清潔でしたしコンセントも複数あり便利でした。
少し残念だったところがいくつか。
壁が薄く感じました、隣の部屋の会話が聞こえたのでちょっと気になりました。
リモコンの電波が弱くテレビから30センチくらいのところでないと認識してくれませんでした。
エコの為の取り組みがいくつかあったのですが、朝食取る予定か否かのアンケートが2拍目の夜にパソコンモニターに出てきたのですが初日取らなかったのでその時にも聞いて欲しかったなと感じました。
マイ歯ブラシを使おう!の告知があったのですが予約時に言って〜って感じました。
アンケートもマイ歯ブラシも良い取り組みだと思うのでもっと有効にやって欲しいと思いました。
モニターで周辺のお出掛けマップがあったのですが数年前の情報でした。なくなってしまった好きなお店などがあり懐かしかったのでこれはこれで取っておいて欲しいなと思いました。
モーニングはお正月ということもあり黒豆や伊達巻等があり美味しかったです。一人暮らしだとおせち料理を食べる機会なんてなかなかないので嬉しかったです。

沼津北口にはホテルが多数ありますが、宿泊料がどんどん値上がりしてるように感じます。年に数回沼津でゴルフをするために宿泊していますが今回初めて利用させていただきました。ユニットバスなど設備に多少の難は感じましたがコスパの良さで満足できました。駐車場も一泊800円で利用でき無料の朝食ビュッフェも利用させていただきました。

宿泊者共に脚が不自由なので、部屋までの荷物移動お手伝いをお願いしたところ、業務にないと一撃、旭川では積極的に声掛けして頂き助かった事例を伝えると本来はやらないが、わかりましたと部屋まで一緒に同行。荷物を台車に乗せても本人はカートや杖をつきながらの旅行には、気持ちよいサポートが必要！旭川の同ホテルの姿勢を学んで頂き障害者でも快適な旅行ができる事を望みます。
翌朝はエレベーターホール前に速やかに来てくれてお世話になり感謝、これがなければ今後貴ホテル利用はない。

チェックイン・チェックアウトも簡単にでき、忘れ物をチャックアウト後に思い出し、電話した後取りに行ったのですが、すぐでてきて対応が素晴らしかったです。近くに飲食店もたくさんあり、道も広く停車しやすかったです。
