Excellent hotel on a budget. Room is clean and size is just nice for Japan standard. Check in and check out were very fast with machine. Breakfast was mainly Japanese food. Toiletries and tea powder were placed in the lobby for self service. Good Japanese system but must get used to it. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.

Good for the price. The room was a bit small for 2 with large suitcases but overall comfortable.
The free breakfast is quite basic but nice to have.
Excellent location, close to the station and main city sights, also some good restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms were larger than most hotels of this type. I was also able to control the temperature in the room, sometimes they are too hot and you can't open the window.

狭いけれどよく手入れされた部屋でした。何気ない朝ごはんでしたがご飯と水と味噌汁の美味しさに感動しました。
I stayed tiny and well organized single room for a biz trip. The free breakfast was excellent thanks to the local food and ingredients such as water, rice and miso.

Great central location in Matsumoto!
Staff was wonderful despite language barriers.
If booking economy, the room had no window view of anything but the service stairwell, and the elevator hum was noticeable 24/7.

ホテル直営の駐車場が、Pマークがなくわかりにくかったです。何度もホテル周辺をぐるぐる回ってしまいました。ホテル自体は、清潔感もあり、チェックインもチェックアウトも機械でスムーズでしたが、スタッフの方いても特に接客するわけでもなく、オートマチックで無機質で、ビジネスホテルって、こんなものなのかぁ…と感じましたシャワーはしっかりとした水圧があったのでよかったです。私は、ホテル周辺の観光地のマップなどが部屋にあるとありがたかったです。
