Winery Hotel & Condominium HITOHANA

Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel with great attentive staffs. Onsen is quite the standard. Room and general areas were very clean. A little far to walk to and from the parking area but it is only because we stayed during the snowy season. Otherwise, all perfect and will go back if i plan anything at furano again.

Great hotel, the only complaint is the laundry is too small. I waited till 12am and still someone's in front of me.

Located at the outskirt of Furano city, convenient if you have a car. Hotel parking takes a bit of walk (150 meters away). Dinner was Japanese-western fusion and was delicious. So was breakfast. Self-service laundry and driers available.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional with all sorts of locally produced fresh ingredients.

Hotel is modern, with a nice breakfast and many free things like wine tasting, juice and crackers, plus washing machine and a dryer. Stayed only 1 night, wished we stayed more nights.

Excellent Free self-service laundry. Complimentary coffee and drinks at lobby. Parking is a few walks away from Hotel but it's still acceptable

The staff were very helpful . Dinner was delicious and the wine and/or juice tasting was nice. Our room was lovely. The complimentary diy laundry machines were of great help! If I go to that area again, I would stay there!

Their washer and dryer are free! I like that they have a hot tub to relax after a long day trip. Their room size with pretty spacious, they have kitchenette, kitchen items, the tv channels are good and you can do netflix, youtube, hulu too. They provide wine tasting every ight with crackers.. we would be staying and go back to this hotel again. Thank you.

Hotel room was of a good size and came with a spacious standing shower. Loved that they have a public bath on the premises. Coffee and wine was available in the lobby which was a nice touch. Staff were ready to help us check which restaurants nearby were open and make recommendations as some places were closed during the golden week. Parking was a short walk away but not an issue for us.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent value. It is clean and modern with well equipped rooms. The restaurant is very good, which is welcome as there’s not a lot around. The staff is friendly and helpful. English was better than in other pricier hotels. They have a lounge area and in the evening there are a few bottles of wine to have a tasting. This would be a great idea since there’s not much to do in Furano after sunset, if it were a bit better accomplished . Unfortunately, the wine is terrible, there are only some crackers to go with it and not a lot of room to sit down. I don’t mean to portray this as a bad thing, but rather say it’s a bit of a missed opportunity. Overall, the most important aspect is it’s great value and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for hotels in this price range.

Boutique hotel with excellent facilities and good service

Loved our stay here... great room with kitchenette. Hotel staff are wonderful and really helpful. Relaxing atmosphere in lounge and dining room, lovely breakfast and good dining options in evening. Shuttle to ski field also great.

We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the triple rooms for 10 nights. Needless to say it was very cosy but with a bit of organisation we managed to make it work pretty well. Facilities at the hotel are great - Onsen is a great treat after a days skiing, washing machine/dryers very useful over the 10 days and the microwave helped to fill in a few meals where we chose to stay in. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of selection western and eastern and the restaurant had a range of dinner options and was pretty well priced from Pizza to Shabu Shabu Service - absolutely top class, they were extremely kind, polite and unbelievably helpful organising restaurants, taxis, shuttles to skiing etc. Location - just a few mins walk (uphill) to gondola but a really good shuttle service. A taxi to the main town was about 1800 yen so very reasonable for a meal out. A great facility made even better by really great staff, would recommend to anyone and a good option for families.
