まず、チェックインがスムーズで
時間もかからずよかった。
お部屋は広くて開放的だった。
部屋の鍵はカードではなく鍵だったので
レトロな雰囲気で良かった。
Wi-Fiもあるのでよかった。
コーヒードリップの機械の使い方は
説明書どおりにやったけど、
上手くできなかった。
お風呂は大浴場があったので
ゆっくりできてよかった。
バーには、セルフサービスの飲み物が
何種類もあったし、
部屋にも持ち込めたのでよかった。
起きたら、雪が積もっていて
雪景色も楽しめた。

お料理がとってもおいしく、ドレスコードもなくゆったり食事ができ、非日常を満喫できました！特に特製りんごドレッシングを使ったサラダ印象に残っています。
スタッフのみなさんの雰囲気も良く、子供たちにも優しく接していただきました。ありがとうございました！是非、また利用したいです。

部屋は広く清潔で良かったです。共同トイレはちょっと臭いが気になりました。 カフェバーラウンジがあったので、一杯飲みたかったのですが電気が消えていてオーダー出来ず、売店で缶チュウハイを購入してラウンジでビリヤードしながら楽しみました。その後常連さん達が来てウエイターさんを呼びに行きドリンク注文していました。呼び出しなど表示してくれていたらカウンターに座り飲みたかったですね。 夕食のアルコールオーダーでシャンパン8,500円？・ワインなどもう少し手頃な銘柄を置いて欲しいなーと思った。 でも良かったですよ。

A small traditional hotel located just few kilometers away from Karuizawa station, outlet mall and ski arena.
Both Japanese Tatami and regular beds available.
Rooms are very comfortable with very relaxed atmosphere once you enter the hotel. Surely will come back at this reasonable price.

ラウンジにビリヤードとかカードゲームがあって、暖炉とか雰囲気もすごくよかったです。
お風呂もたまたま貸切で使えたしゴハンもオシャレでまた行きたいです。

フレンチの朝夕食は、予約の時より了解していましたが
お味が少し塩味が強かったような気がします。
スタッフの方はメニユーについてきちんと説明して下さり対応は期待通りでした。
大浴場の脱衣所が狭く22時以降の浴室は、棚籠を置くにも人と交わるようなことになり快適とは言えないもので残念でした。
ラウンジは、サービスドリンクの種類も有りゆっくり過ごすことが出来
スタッフの対応は気持ちの良いものでした。
