The manager name En Faisal is really helpful and warm person. He allowed me to put my luggage while waiting to check in. Same goes to the staff. The only thing i hope they can improve is their tv channel tht only can watch tv3. Perhaps mini bar fridge also can be installed for great accommodation

Masuk bilik bau kepam, toilet tak cuci bersih, lantai toilet tu macam tak sental, dekat dinding pun sama. Towel dah lah bagi 1 je 😌 Channel TV tak menarik, dekat list macam 7 channel, bila buka ade 5 sahaja. Sila check balik kebersihan tandas. Saya lupa nak ambil gambar, boleh pergi tengok sendiri. Staff ok, kebersihan 👎🏻

Rooms and bathrooms are clean, the hotel is new. Customer friendly staff. Worth the price. Only the room is too narrow, it is difficult to pray even though iron is too heavy. The plug position does not make it easier for customers. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not added on the 2nd day of the stay, I stay 2 nights here.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of bahru city. Not far from the city of bahru. Adjacent to the mydin's supermarket, jackets, banks and rows of eateries. Free parking. The staff service was nice and friendly. The hotel's interior is comfortable and tidy. Soft mattress.
