So bad I can sleep 2 night bedroom no clean, must smell, in the bed and bathroom, inside have a insect so bad and hotel so near if you want go to alor street just next to it but I can't recommend this hotel so so bad 👎.

Dishonest hotel operator and bad customer service by Traveloka. Booked and paid for a Deluxe Queen Room room for 10-12 August 2024, but were given an inferior room because they sold the room again to other guests. The hotel promised a refund through Traveloka but then refuse to provide the refund, and Traveloka did not provide help beyond mere lip service. The hotel is quite grubby. The bathrooms were mouldy and falling apart. The TVs and kettle did not work. The hotel is located directly above Jalan Alor, making it very noisy throughout day and night. There is no lift or elevator, so you need to lug your suitcases up narrow flights of stairs.

Cocroach is everywhere. To the point we can't count how many we killed already. On table, bathroom, floor, my pillow. Everywhere. (Small cocroah could enter ears during sleep. That 's why we need to kill it).

All actually OK, good stay, nice staff. Great location beside the Alor street food. The only thing is the lift is not available. If you go with big suitcases, not recommend to stay here. They should have inform the unavailability of lift in their facility.

Very affordable and located right just beside the famous Alor street, and only few hundred meters to MRT and monorail station. On the downsides, the room is not very clean (I found roaches on my bed and in bathroom); It is also not soundproof enough as I keep being disturbed by loud karaoke noises next door.

1. The location is strategic, close to shops and night markets. I have stayed here before but the condition of the rooms used to be good, now they are very bad and small with the same type and price. 2. There were several cockroaches under the bed. 3. The room is narrow and the bed arrangement is not symmetrical and it's like forcing them into one room so it's uncomfortable, I asked CS to change rooms but they weren't friendly and instead wanted to give me a room with no windows. 4. Hot water doesn't work. 5. No tea/coffee. 6. There is no toothbrush/toothpaste even though there used to be one. 7. Gst 10 myr/ night and deposit MYR50. 8. Stairs only, no escalators/lifts
