Bad review. Dirty pool. Dirty water. Dirty room. Unfunction iron. Never come again to this hotel. Rate RM200 + but the service very bad. Only the receptionist okey. All about this hotel is 👎.

The kid enjoy the activities to the max. The price include brfst, water park, indoor playground. They also have library. Please expect the room the furniture as it worn out but don't care as long as the kid happy!

Unsatisfactory toilet. The sink is clogged, the bath tub stopper and the sink are missing. So you can't take a shower using a bathtub. The thin pillow really hurts the neck. So my rating: Room cleanliness: 3/5 Toilets: 2/5 Breakfast: 4/5 (not bad for such a price) Children's facilities: 5/5 Children's facilities like theme park, kidzone is really lively.

Just arrived to check in and spoiled the mood. Long queue. The process is very slow. Tired of standing. Room condition is unsatisfactory. Old and dusty room. The mattress also feels spring. That means it's been a long time. The hotel lacks facilities and staff do not have the initiative to help hotel residents. It's raining. Want to borrow an umbrella to go to the car is not there. Dahlah parking away. Just the swimming pool the kids love. Others hope the hotel can fix it. Open only to profit after PKP

A great place to stay. Very good place for kids, especially age 4-12yrs old. The hotel was really awesome! Not to forget the pool and water theme parks! Except I had a bad experience there. I applied for suite and stated for a non-smoking room since I have 2 small kids with me. But, I received a smoking room at first (new wing - the room was nice except for the smell), the room was near to the lift, so I asked for a change at the reception. Then, the receptionist gave a room at the old wing that is near the end (really creepy) and also some of the stuff in the room are not working, especially the fridge and rhe shower is broken, the door is old and it's hard to flush the toilet. Luckily, the air-conditioning is okay. The receptionist didn't mention about the room is old or anything. It is quite unsatisfying because I'm trying to celebrate my 5th anniversary and it ruined my mood a little. Hope the receptionist could be considerate in the future. Thank you.

Check in smoothly, parking lot, clean room, can request queen bed if there is a vacancy, breakfast is delicious, staff is very helpful, there is a problem with the key x can enter the room quickly je staff come to change the key. betol kn lights, econ cool. It's worth it. The area is quiet. xde sounds weird. xde kisah2 seram pun. good intentions can be good2.tido is really good. bath tub was clean. swimmng pool area there is a life guard. indeed the best. even adults can play once kt there. can repeat here again.
