i searched for accessible hotel and found out this hotel. but when I arrived, its not full accessed. as a wheelchair user, i am dissapoint that there are stairs to bath room, swimming pool, restaurant in 3rd fl and 18 flm even there is car, parked in the accesible road. hotel can be bettter by providing ramp, so i can recommend to disability communities.

Very poor housekeeping staffs and reception staffs. Housekeeping staffs were the worst and made us wait for two hours with excuse of cleaning cleaning and still cleaning. Reception staff gave a room to the customer who came after us. Room view not as good as given in the pictures. Despite being requested, still not of satisfactory. The price given is not reasonable. I stayed at this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. 1. The first night, towels were not provided, when informed by the hotel, it took almost 40 minutes for them to be delivered, even after I called the second time. 2. The second night, the towels were not changed, even though the room was all nicely packed, had to call the hotel back. 3. On the morning before the third night, I sent a message to the hotel to make sure the room was packed and that the incident on those two nights would not happen again. 4 On the third night, soap is not given. The Riverside Hotel management, you must do something with your staff, the room service is very bad.

1. The pillow was thick and hard. 2. The bathroom sink was clogged. Despite maintenence came to pump it, it clogged again. 3. Room keycard has to be reset multiple times. Allegedly because it came into contact with hp, which never happened at my other hotel stay. 4. Some issue with towel supply as it was outsourced for cleaning. So it was slow to restock. There was no towel in the pool counter at one morning so have to go up again to room to get ours. Everything else is excellent. Happy to see locals being employed at not foreingner.

The room is spacious, booking a superior room gets an executive river view, very close to the waterfront, varied breakfast, wifi 👍🏼, shower🚿, you can leave luggage even after checking out if you want to go around the city, subject to a Malaysia Tourism charge of 10 RM per night. The only drawback is that the amenities do not provide toothbrush and paste.

Hotelnya bersih tapi sayang late check in. Saya dapat check in di pukul 14.45 dikarenakan hospitality kamar yang belum selesai. Uitilities kamar yang didapat kurang (saya nginap ber 4 tapi yang disiapkan hanya 2) Tapi restorannya sungguh memuaskan.

Hotelnya bersih, baru. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan mall parkson grand, dekat dengan tempat makan terkenal di kuching (Top Spot), depannya sungai sarawak tempat jalan-jalan pagi dan sore.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very premium for a reasonable price. The room is complete with iron, ironing board, hangers, kettle (+ complimentary coffee, tea & sugar), safe box, toiletries, towel etc. TV & WIFI receptions are also good. The housekeeper came to topup the toiletries but didn't really clean my room/replace my towel. I have no complain because I only stayed for 2 nights, nothing to clean. The lifts are very fast too. Check-in and check-out were done very swiftly, probably the fastest I've experienced. A lot of places you can walk to from this hotel, so the location is perfect if you like to walk. But if you drive, the parking here is always full.
