The location is strategies, in front of shopping center and near some of hidden gem of penang culinary. The most oustanding place of the hotel is the room that spacious and clean. I'll comeback here for sure. The gym tools also complete.

It's located right behind the wembley hotel and it has connecting door to wembley, so we can get shortcut to Komtar. The room is clean. Two thumbs up for the service and room !

Clean, comfortable, beautiful view, many places to eat, near the mall and one more thing provided prayer mats for Muslims. Recommended. Next time I stay here again when I go to Penang.

This is a recommended hotel, close to kmn², mall, bus terminal, komtar, perangin mall, avenue, basically the best, especially since there is a connecting road through the St Giles hotel, food is close to kmn², stayed here for 3 nights 😁

I super love this hotel, especially the bed, it is super comfortable. Everything looks new and clean. But we also had problems, like some electricity plugs are not functioning, the water glass bottle is too big, the air conditioner is not cool enough. Even though we chose the lowest temp and the hardest fan. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, but with the well functioning air con. Hopefully :).

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, ke shoping mall, stasiun bis, tempat jajanan makanan, pasar tradisional dapat ddi lakukan dengan berjalan kaki. Kamar hotel lumayan lega, jendela kamar pemandangan 1st Avenue Mall, kamar mandi shower (sabun/shampo cair) tersedia, sikat gigi, handuk putih bersih, minuman air mineral tinggal ambil di koridor depan lift. Recommended.
