It's a good place to stay. Close to Nu Mall KL Sentral and there are many food center. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Babul. He has a good manner as a receptionist.

Clean place, cozy as the hotels name, fantastic location, 24 hours laundry just next to the hotel, 24 hours bistro also very near to this hotel, KL Sentral Station just a throw away from the hotel makes us very easy to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful. They even help us finding the bust station and delivery my laundry when I forgot to take it. No charge for the late check out which is very great. Overall, I will give seven stars to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and clean. The location of the hotel is very near to the monorail Kuala Lumpur sentral. Will definitely repeat again if I were about to stay in Kuala Lumpur. 5 stars!

Wow this is good budget hotel and they are staff so kind and greatful. I don't know who is the name that help me to take care my luggage and really kind help and so friendly. He was best staff for this hotel I think. All is OK. Best for us just to stay for budget hotel

The hotel location is very strategic near KL Sentral. For facilities need to be improved such as Netflix but cannot be accessed, TV is available but channels to enjoy cannot be accessed, For the friendliness of the staff is quite good. Overall All Okay only my suggestion for facilities such as Netflix, etc. not just as a display. Thank you

The accommodation is relatively new hence everything is super clean and complete. We even had a medium sized fridge in our room. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. The location, quality, service vs price are UNBEATABLE.

The hotel is located in the central area of transportation near the train station. It is convenient to go and there are many restaurants. The staff in the hotel are friendly and provide good service. The room is clean. But the only bad thing is that the room I got has a bad water system. The water flows very slowly. I couldn't take a hot shower because the water flow is not strong. This should be fixed.
