I got a very good deal on traveloka for the room price including sahur. I assume that it is only packed sahur but surprisingly it is a buffet. Room is upgraded from the old grand darul makmur. It is very spacious and the ambience is very nice. Though it is non smoking room, worry not because they have balcony.

Begin with friendly front desk staff, great lobby interior, clean room, big bathroom with bath tub and clean too, the facilities in the room is working fine, I must say this is the most pleasant stay for a 4 stars hotel. Definitely will come back if I'm coming to Kuantan again.

Everything is almost well. Room is huge but the downsides are the worn/shabby wood materials such as toilet door, mirror frame and etc. Worried about splinters stuck in your skin at the toilet door. Room 1107. Another, much better if price online inclusive of breakfast.

Good stay. Upon check in I was given a room with two single bed which doesn't meet my request. Then I talk to the receptionist to provide me a room with one large bed. Instead of large bed. Hotel management placed me in a large room with large bed. More than my expectations. Thank you. This time is Labour day. 1 May 23 to 2 may 23.

We request for a single double bed room, the hotel management follows the request. We got quite a big room for 2 people compared to other hotels at a low price. Satisfied and will consider booking here again. Thumbs up for shariah compliance policy.
