the room is very dirty, lots of dust and spider webs, the bathroom is dirty on the glass and corners, lots of stains that make you disgusted, the color of the towel is brown even though it should be white. The hotel environment is also dirty and not kept clean, honestly very disappointed staying here, want to get out as soon as possible.

It was fun staying here, as soon as we arrived we were helped to lift our suitcases and were served in a friendly manner and the room was clean, fragrant and comfortable, suitable for travelers who have an early morning flight, so if you go to the airport it is very close and you won't be late.

The hotel is quite good but according to the price, you can get a toothbrush, the hot water works, it's safe and close to shopping and food centers. For foreigners the tax is 30 RM

Horrible hotel. Musky smell when you enter the room, laundry in the hall remained in the hall since last night until I checked out the following day. Toilet is disgusting. The receptionist dsnt have pleasant attitude. Bed sheet got some hair, wondering if they changed it before we came. We requested for shuttle from klia but none came and when I told the receptionist, she was like so?
