Horrible hotel. Musky smell when you enter the room, laundry in the hall remained in the hall since last night until I checked out the following day. Toilet is disgusting. The receptionist dsnt have pleasant attitude. Bed sheet got some hair, wondering if they changed it before we came. We requested for shuttle from klia but none came and when I told the receptionist, she was like so?

The location is very strategic, close to restaurants, supermarkets and laundry. The room and bathroom are clean, the AC is cold. There is only one note from me, the hotel does not provide a bathroom mat.

The toilet 's pipe was broken and it wasn't replaced. The water can't stop running on the floor in bathroom.

There is a hole in the ceiling and the water is leaking. Also the bathroom is flooded because of leaking water from bidet. Then, I complained and get the new room. But, its getting worse because in the middle of the night, there is people who opened our room when we're sleeping. How come?

Perfect stay for transit. Just 8 + km from airport, rm30 grab fare. Hotel provide airport transport service for 24h, so just book at the counter. Comfort stay, got kiblat direction. Plenty of restaurant/kkmart/watson nearby walking distance.

The room is surprisingly spacious, so many choices of cuisines in the neighbourhood such as Malay, Western, Indian and Middle Eastern. We had a chance to visit the nearby night market as well prior to continuing our journey to the Middle East. The Malay young receptionist is nice too.
