Bugs in the room, unhygienic canteen (looked feral), can't provide any cutlery, AC is VERY weak, staff rude no manners.

It's just next to lrt masjid jamek (opposite of mcdonald's and next to 4Fingers). The process to check in is quick and easy. The Wi-Fi is fast. But it's not worth taking the window room as it's facing the balcony where the cleaners would be hanging their cleaning stuff. Plus, the water heater doesn't work even after 30 mins. The towel, shampoo & soap are prepared. The room doesn't have 3 in 1 instant coffee though.

He said the hotel was Islamic but there was no sense in the slightest of appreciating who arrived from the Jerteh Kuala Lumpur long journey over 8 hours, it was 12.00noon not told to check in but had to wait until 0200pm, even though I had made notes on Traveloka for early check in because the bus arrived 0540am and arrive at hotel 0700am

I had the most pleasant stay here. I will be back to spend the night here with my family, when we're in Kuala lumpur. I recommend this hotel to everyone who looks for cheap, comfortable and walking distance hotel to Masjid Jamek,mrt station and Dataran Merdeka.
