Our standard room was on little side. Location was near Komtar, easy access everywhere. Breakfast only two options but both were good. Clean room, working AC unit and nice pipping hot water.

The location is very strategic, close to Komtar station and many culinary areas around the hotel. Beside the hotel there is a coin laundry which is very helpful for those of us who are traveling for several days, because it is located right next to the hotel, when the laundry is done we can wait in the room. Even inside the hotel there is an iron. There are 2 elevators located in the Lobby and next to the hotel, so if we want to go out we don't have to go around. Unfortunately the room is small and a bit stuffy.

Highly recommended. It's not difficult to find food, and it's still relatively safe to go home until 11 pm, because the surrounding area is quite busy, and close to the mall and street food market.

Advantages: Location is close to Komtar, close to the Kimberley Night Street Food Center so you can walk to restaurants and minimarkets. Hotel staff service is good and security is willing to help carry things. Disadvantages: Small rooms compared to hotels with the same price, so you have to take turns if you want to walk. The AC is directly facing the body. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Only 1 room access card is given, asking for 2 is not given even though 1 room is for 2 people.

Hands down one of the best hotels in Penang if you're looking for a place that's nearby to almost everything. Culinary spots; Yes, city center; Yes, beach; Yes, mall; Yes. All within walking distance. The staffs are nice, the room was good, the price was excellent.

The front office is very friendly Access and transportation can be walked, easy with culinary centers and malls. However, there are many non-halal foods around the hotel. The room is a bit dusty, and enough for two people. Thank you

I stay 3 night here, room small, and room cleaner didn't refill shampoo and toilet paper to me, the breakfast just little bit choice, less car park place, reception staff - good, the security of parking- good too

Great hotel with a great location (strategic)! Nearby to the local food places, some of the places are famous near it. The room was clean when I arrived, forgot to take a pic. The hotel staff are friendly and easy to check in and check out. There's a deposit of about RM50, prefer cash. Also, if you are a tourist from a foreign country there will be an added tax regarding the regulations. The tax is around RM30. The reception is wide and has a lot of seating. Water dispensers and ironing tables are available on every floor. Unfortunately, my room didn't have a refrigerator or maybe it depends on the room type. Access inside the hotel is easy too, it has a lot of rooms. Highly recommended to book this hotel for tourists! 😉

The location is great. Very close to the Komtar terminal and also Prangin Mall. It is not difficult to find halal food in this area. You can find Penang Famous Laksa just by walking. Or, the Makan Pagi restaurant is also very close. The friendly hotel staff also made the check-in and check-out process easy. Although the standard room is not as big as we imagined, the cleanliness, soundproofing and comfort really supported our rest time.

The location is very strategic and close to the center of Georgetown. Just walking distance to Komtar, Prangin Mall or culinary locations such as Laksa Penang and Makan Pagi. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We checked in early in the morning, and the receptionist was no longer there, but the security quickly helped with the check-in process. Although the standard room we booked was not as spacious as we imagined, the cleanliness, atmosphere and soundproofing were good enough so that we could rest comfortably at night.
