Our standard room was on little side. Location was near Komtar, easy access everywhere. Breakfast only two options but both were good. Clean room, working AC unit and nice pipping hot water.

Hotel is worth to stay. Strategic location, near Komtar, can walk to reach that place. The room is clean, cozy but the room is pretty small, but overall the hotel is nice. The staff is friendly.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful, especially the security guard and the housekeeping staff. This is my 5th or 6th stay in this hotel. Hope next time the hotel will provide better pillows and towels. Thank you.

The location is very strategic, close to Komtar station and many culinary areas around the hotel. Beside the hotel there is a coin laundry which is very helpful for those of us who are traveling for several days, because it is located right next to the hotel, when the laundry is done we can wait in the room. Even inside the hotel there is an iron. There are 2 elevators located in the Lobby and next to the hotel, so if we want to go out we don't have to go around. Unfortunately the room is small and a bit stuffy.

Highly recommended. It's not difficult to find food, and it's still relatively safe to go home until 11 pm, because the surrounding area is quite busy, and close to the mall and street food market.

Advantages: Location is close to Komtar, close to the Kimberley Night Street Food Center so you can walk to restaurants and minimarkets.
Hotel staff service is good and security is willing to help carry things.
Disadvantages: Small rooms compared to hotels with the same price, so you have to take turns if you want to walk. The AC is directly facing the body. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Only 1 room access card is given, asking for 2 is not given even though 1 room is for 2 people.

Hands down one of the best hotels in Penang if you're looking for a place that's nearby to almost everything. Culinary spots; Yes, city center; Yes, beach; Yes, mall; Yes. All within walking distance. The staffs are nice, the room was good, the price was excellent.

Access and transportation can be walked, easy with culinary centers and malls.
However, there are many non-halal foods around the hotel.
