The staff are so so actually, but one of em is so I don't know rude, one of the staff/cleaning service, tell me to use the stair? Like who the customer here actually lol.

Metro hotel @Kuala Lumpur sentral is a great choice of budget travellers. Very close to Kuala Lumpur sentral, centre of all metro, monorel lines. Lots of local food choices nearby. Room is clean & spacious with bathroom. Breakfast buffet was local food, it's reasonable.

Water water heater is broken. The air conditioner is very loud. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. Pillow cases and quilt are stained.

Just 200mtr from Kuala Lumpur sentral, so it 's very convenient whether you want to travel to Bukit Bintang, or other cities, or to airport.
