nice design room, not so big but no so small room, enough for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. sadly I am given window room but no view outside. clean. big bed (king size). there's lift, shampoo, soap, shower cap, sanitary bag, hair dryer. no toothbrush and toothpaste. we got 2 free bottles of mineral water but no dispenser for free refill. easy check in although at 3am. next to abc bistro (open 24hrs), 7-eleven, 3min to nu sentral mall to go to kl sentral, monorail station is beside the hotel. and we can keep our luggage after check out.

Great service, perfect location. Walk only 5 menit to KL sentral station. The staff always clean the room everyday. Very good place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I love their services. They gave me a windows view room and I could leave my bags after checkout before my flight schedule. I will choose here when I come back. Near KL sentral station, sevel, and some restaurants. The room is clean, water heater, hairdryer, refrigerator, and ac worked well. 👍

The room is not clean enough in my opinion (especially under the bed, it was filthy. I won't mind if it was only dust, but there were snack packaging, hair ties, tissues. Like it wasn't cleaned for a really long time. If you're wondering, my lipstick rolled under there). Other than that, it was okay. Not soundproof enough, but it was expexted for a 2 star hotel.

The room was OK. The service was excellent. Unfortunately I am allergic to dust which made me uncomfortable. The headrest need to be dusted. Other than that everything is good.

Fill up quickly. There's a lot of competition, especially during the holidays. Just walk 2 minutes to central KL, just look for the train and bus terminals to Genting and Pulau Pinang. 🫣.

The room is quite big. Also the bathroom is spacey. They provided towels, soaps, shower gel, and shampoo. But no toothbrush (no problem though) and facial tissue. The wifi is good but unfortunately the TV is not working. The staffs are a bit quiet not so eager to greet the guests. They have 2 lifts which very good. The hotel look very modern, clean, and smell good. The location is good, near halal food stalls and very near to Nu sentral mal/Kuala Lumpur sentral.

The staff is friendly, there is a deposit of 50 ringgit but no tourist tax, whereas in other hotels there is a tourist tax of 11 ringgit, fast wifi, clean and comfortable rooms, given mineral water 4 times a day. I ordered a quad room.

Located near Kuala Lumpur sentral and monorail station. There is a 24 hours Seven Eleven beside the hotel. Easy to find halal food in Little India area. The staffs are helpful with limited English.

This hotel is located very strategic as it is walking distance to Kuala Lumpur sentral transportation gateway and Nu Sentral shopping facilities. Despite this area is full of rich indian-community culture, but it 's tourist friendly environment really leaves a hospitality memories to me and my family esply all the hotel staff, transportation station staff and even Grab Car drivers are really friendly. Will definitely choose Kuala Lumpur as my next getaway location.

Memuaskan, lokasi strategis dekat dengan kl sentral. Kamar hotel bersih dan nyaman. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, handuk diganti setiap hari. Dibawahnya banyak kedai makanan yang enak dan murah juga. Saya akan menginap di sini apabila saya ke Kuala Lumpur lagi.

Everything was closed. Just to problem when come by car there is no parking for hotel guest. You need to get by your own. All staffs are friendly and helpful even the housekeeping. Very well greetings. Restaurant just down the hotel, even 7e or any supermarket just close by.
