Good, cheap price, close to the pavilion, lots of food around, very complete facilities, you can use them all, hot water is available in the bathroom, the room is spacious, not cramped.

Check in time is too late; 3 pm. Check out time it too early: 11am. There is no concierge to put you luggage before check in or after check out. Too complicated.

This is a spacious apartment, with complete facilities TV, wifi, washing machine, refrigerator, water heater, steam iron + ironing board, hair dryer, electric stove, complete kitchen set with plates, spoons, bowls, glasses and pans for cooking. Detergent is also provided for washing clothes, so the washing machine just spins and finishes in 15-30 minutes, clothesline & hangers are also provided. 1 spring bed, 1 sofa, 2 towels & soap are provided, bring your own toothbrush. Mineral water is not provided. Use a code for the room door, not Slash, scan the card and take the elevator. To go to Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor, you have to walk for at least 5-10 minutes with a downhill & uphill route, you can take the monorail or MRT directly. If you want to take the GoKL bus, walk towards Wisma Bousted, just tap the card and pay 1 RM to go around. Next to the apartment there is a shop that sells breakfast & lunch, it is recommended. For the cleanliness of the room, we clean it ourselves, there is already a vacuum cleaner & to throw garbage in the hallway at the end.

fast response.. after the voucher was issued, I immediately contacted the staff.. they gave me detailed directions to the Grab location until self check-in and directions to the room... the room was very clean and complete... very satisfied

Staying in this studio was an amazing experience: large enough room with affordable price, very clean, complete facilities, excellent view of new Kuala Lumpur landmark of Merdeka Tower and quite easy to reach KLCC, Petronas Tower, Bukit Bintang, monorail station etc.

Easy check in and check out. The room provided is exactly the same as the picture. The way to public transportation is a bit far to walk through the up and down roads because it is on a hill. All facilities function perfectly. The price is very worth it for the facilities offered. The elevator queue is never long. Book again for another time? Yes, I will come here again. The downside is that the mattress is not very comfortable because it is a bit hard
