Location was good. However, late check in was a problem. Checking in after 12 midnite, the picture fell asleep and gave us a new room. However, the room provided was a used room and smells of cigarettes and toilet smelled horrible. After complaining, they gave us a new room with KLCC view. That was good. We slept through the first night in the unpleasant room cause we were too tired. The replacement room was good. Not sure why the first room was used and not properly cleaned. Sometimes it happens I guess.

Not recommended at all, bad service.

The view iys good, but they no have lobby to waiting check in, and the check in very late 4 PM. And no drink at apartemant. Very near to mall and twin tower.
