Very cool and quirky hotel, located a 5 minute walk away from Central Station. Very friendly helpful staff who were accommodating with any needs. I was able to leave my luggage on arrival which was great and the free tea/coffee every morning was a welcomed addition. Beds and rooms comfortable with pleasant design. The Thai restaurant downstairs lived up to expectation - great atmosphere and delicious food and drink. Would recommend a stay here

This is the second time I’m staying at Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam, and the experience in both occasions has been very pleasant. Everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

I really liked the staff and the proximity of the property to the central station. The girl at breakfast was amazing, wish I could have had a proper conversation with her when I wasn't half asleep!

The staff is friendly and helpful. But if you want to stay in a super cramped and dirty place, you're choosing the right place, plus the hotel has a lot of stairs, which is terrible for luggage.

It's close to "Chinatown" shops and restaurants

Super cool inferior, the Hotel is a Landmark itself in Rotterdam, very worth checking out!
Great Location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and very cool looking hotel. The rooms itself was quite tiny, however there are lots of spacious, generally accessible chillout areas. WiFi was good too!
