Amazing hotel! We booked a deluxe room and the room was huge, super comfy king sized bed with the best pillows! The shower was nice and powerful, good sized bathroom, hair dryer.
There was a UK socket in the room and some USB sockets.
We stayed here for Amsterdam, the train station is literally 4 min walk away and the train into Amsterdam takes 15 mins! It’s so convenient.
We had to pay city tax when we checked in, lovely reception area and friendly staff!

This was a very nice little hotel just steps away from the Zanndam train-station. Restaurant was good as was the staff.

Can’t fault the hotel itself, stunning and felt very safe. Very close to Zaandam train station (3 min walk) and easy to get to central Amsterdam. Slight issues such as other guests were smoking right outside the doors and you would have to walk through it almost every time you left the building. Also paid for late checkout but the cleaner didn’t seem to know this and had to try and explain. Overall, would return and great value for money as we paid under £300 for 4 nights

Room temperature is “centrally managed”, which means that you can’t up the heat. It was bloody cold in the room and not at all comfortable. The shower was the only source of heat, but the main shower head could use replacement. The room itself was nice and had all the right amenities but again, cold.

there were stains on our bed sheets and the headboard, there was mold in all corners of the shower and when we arrived we couldn’t find the remote for the tv. it was under the bed along with rubbish!! the hotel itself was nice but our room was not

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel well located, easy access to amsterdam, plus zaandam is a lovely town.
Only issue with cleanliness was one of the towels seemed to have a makeup stain.

Great location. The train to Amsterdam Central is like a 3 minute walk right in front of the hotel. Plus there is stores and restaurants in the same area. Room is spacious enough and bed was comfortable too.

Absolutely will be returning to this hotel. The train to centraal is so easy with where the hotel is located to Zaandam train station & it’s not that expensive if you do get stuck outside of transport hours & need to Uber. The staff in this hotel are absolutely incredible, some of the kindest people I encountered on my trip around Europe. Great black-out curtains & comfy bed.
