Very convenient location, clean room, friendly staff. Good place to stay.

Friendly staff on front desk assisted my family (2 adults 2 ch) on our stay. Parking was at an extra cost, but well worth it, as it was secure and allowed us to walk to destinations such as Cable Car, Cuba street and Te Papa (to name a few). The apartment was well maintained with 2 rooms: one queen and 2 single beds. Ensuite and bathroom as well, which allowed for minimal fights! Sound proof windows enabled for the kids to sleep in the next morning, even when the backpacker hostel next door set their fire alarm off in the morning! Heavy door provided sound proofing as well, as we were located right beside the elevator and was expecting that to keep us up. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We will be back for a longer stay, as a handy hub for enjoying the Wellington city.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds. Suite had 2 twins and a queen. Bedrooms were very small. Unit was very cold and only had electric heaters. Location was good. Left early to catch ferry and couldn't get out of parkade as over head door would not go up.

Clean and centrally located. Would be happy to stay again.

We stayed in a 2-bed room, 2 bath-room executive townhouse. All appliances were in good working order. The reason for a 4-star rating was that the lack of privacy: the master bedroom was directly facing another apartment but apart from a Venetian blind, there's no sheer curtain. Thus, there were two options: let the Venetian blind down through out the day for privacy or have it up & everything could be seen from the opposite apartment. This issue could be easily fixed but until then, we wouldn't stay in the same apartment next time (apartment 21) Other than that, every else was great

We had to wait 2 hours at reception as our room was not ready. Kitchen was not cleaned properly and had a stinky oven smell.

Location is really good in downtown Wellington, in Te Oro neighborhood. But, the whole property needs an upgrade and refresh, it's very worn-down. Carpet, furniture, and fixtures are cheap and beat up. I provided this feedback to the front desk when we checked out.

Needs an update, all the beds were lumpy and the building leaked through skylight and light fitting, dryer was broken but staff were super nice

Room in another building to carpark was a pain. Bed was very uncomfortable. Went to reception to check out at 7.30am reception door was open no one around phoned the number got told they don't open till 8 am even by the sign on reception said seven am and their website said seven A.M

The apartment is very clean with big size at a great location. The front desk young lady provided us with an excellent service. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment

Really good quality apartment style room in a great location in central Wellington. Despite this location i had no noise issues and would definitely stay here again

Apartment was great! Everything you could need. Cooker, disher washer, fridge. 2 bedrooms separate lounge. Very clean, staff great! Parking is a little tight. 2 minute walk from stores and dining.❤️

I like that you can park up and walk to wherever you want to go in the CBD. The suites are spacious and well set up. Staff are professional and courteous, both reception and housekeeping. I thought with the expedia deal I had free parking (on my screen it said free parking at this place), which they said I didn't, which was annoying and an extra cost. Unfortunately the room we had, under the sink was damp, smelly and potentially mouldy. The smell pervaded the whole suite once you opened the cupboard door. This is a health issue. Some of us are very sensitive to mold. There were a couple of other minor issues which I have raised with Boulcott also and I would hope they are being sorted out. They are meant to be sorting out a partial refund but as of yet I have not seen it in my account.

Pros - Great location, short walk to a local dairy, medium walk to the supermarket. Conveniently located in the middle of the CBD close to our destination at the Michael Fowler Centre (altho up a steepish hill so not recommended for those with mobility issues). Roomy 2 bdrm apt (2 single beds, 1 queen) largish wardrobes (3 coat hangers), two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and large showers with great water pressure. Full sized kitchen, 6 seater dining table, big TV with Chromecast and basic TV channels. Ranch sliders open onto a small deck. Hair dryer, Nespresso machine (bring your own pods, those provided are very weak), microwave, full sized fridge, iron and board, laundry facilities provided. Parking available on a per night charge, located in the building with access to stairway (avoid carpark #2 - small with awkward access). Cons - cheapish furniture with wear and tear showing. Half the bedroom drawers not opening - completely stuck closed, chips in furniture, beds not comfortable - cheaper sprung mattresses with partner disturbance while sleeping, no heat pump - free standing fans and column heaters provided (one falling off its wheel base), kitchen window has tissues jammed in the handles to hold it closed, showers missing drain waste cap covers so there's a large crater around the drains that are uncomfortable during showering. House keeping only provided if staying more than 6 nights. Overall would stay here again. Attention to maintenance would make this 5*

Unfortunately this property is now a bit tired, with general maintenance letting it down and some areas not as clean as they should be.

The hotel was a little tired..but perfectly acceptable. The bins weren’t emptied during the six days we were there as the rooms aren’t touched unless you stay 7 days…but we could have asked for this to have been done if it annoyed us..we left the rubbish stacked on the kitchen side

Parking was free self parking. What you reckon. The room and facilities were great. There was a rude encounter with other stayers, but the staff were so professional and patient with them and apologetic with us. All in all, would defo stay there again! A really positive environment.

The room was clean and comfortable enough The location is great

Very old apartment with little ventilation and no air con vent. Only unprotected heaters and 2 standing fans in small, tiny, narrow rooms. Kitchen floor was oily, poor mattress/bed quality, easily moving bed frames, no view out of window, no security seen and overall an uncomfortable stay. I was supposedly given VIP Access on Expedia, but my family was placed in the main building, in a 1st floor tiny unit which looked nothing like advertised. The good thing about this apartment is location which is in CBD area and stores and food options are aplenty. Carpark is included for those who drives.
