We stayed for one night and found the location perfect—close to the harbor and city center for shopping and sightseeing, and within walking distance to the Sky Tower. The room was small but manageable, especially given the great location. However, we did find a used teabag in the electric kettle and an empty can on the balcony. Additionally, the toilet flush didn't work at night. Despite these issues, I would recommend it for a short stay in central Auckland.

The location was perfect. Just next to the shopping center and food court. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Very recommended.

This is our second time staying here, great for a nights stay before a flight. They have their own shuttle service for guests which is free for both pick up and drop off. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. We didn't use the restaurant as we left too early for breakfast and used Uber eats for dinner. We will stay again and recommend to others.

I had pleasent time with family by staying here, just we need a bit climb to walk to the hotel. But you can ride bus instead.

We appreciate the early check in at 2 pm. We were just done with our 10 days campervan trip and needed one night in Auckland before our early morning flight home. Parking was a bit complicated since we only allowed 5 minutes to get all of our stuff from campervan to hotel lobby. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment. It was clean. We love the cooking and eating utensils. No ac in the room but it didn't feel hot or stuffy at all. 15 minutes slow walk to queen st, near bus stop. Overall great one night stay experience.

Great place to live in New Zealand.

Bedroom is spacious, but I requested for a higher floor, put us on the 1st floor. The water doesn't drain quickly. Staff is very friendly and did what we requested.
