I was only there to stay for the one night.
The only thing i found a bit disappointing but certainly would not stop me from staying again was the Hotel does not have a swimming pool.
I have no problem with that.

Lovely hotel 1 block to Sky Tower, hop on hop off bus tickets outside the tower, 10-15 selling to Viaduct Harbor with great restaurants no hair dryer

View my room directly to the sky tower, and when I want to go to the airport the shuttle bus hasn't arrived yet, luckily the staff in the lobby helped to call the shuttle buss operator until finally the shuttle buss that I got came

The hotel staff has no respect, rooms are not cleaned unless requested, breakfast is like a 3 star hotel, the location of the hotel is strategic but quite difficult to find.
