Was nice and clean and just what we needed. We had attended a friend's wedding and really only needed a room to sleep in. It's pretty close to the Tauranga route, and at times was a little noisy but nothing major and we had no problems getting to sleep.

Close to main road so traffic can be an issue even at night with logging and freight trucks - use the earplugs. Parking is marginal especially when full capacity a space is a premium

Hotel in a great location. The staff were warm and friendly on arrival and most helpful. The rooms were clean and equipped with a kitchenette and rooms serviced daily. Well recommended.

Cold night , bad heating , only half electric blanket worked . Noise from above residence .looked out of back window in unit and it looked like a rubbish tip. Satchets of coffee and tea really cheeap nnasty, had to go to gas station for a descent drink
