The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: USD 4 for adults and USD 4 for children (approximately)
• Pet deposit: USD 10 per night
• Pet fee: USD 10 per pet, per night
• Laundry fee: USD 10 per night

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: USD 20 per night
• Concierge fee: USD 6 per accommodation, per night
• The national sales tax (18%) may be charged upon check-out to residents of Peru regardless of length of stay, and non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Travelers who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
• Consumption Electricity fee: USD 5 per night for use over 5 kWh.

Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
