We had the most pleasant stay. The room was perfect, spotless. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, I commend everyone at 18 Suites. We will definitely come back here. The location was perfect, near to all the shops, resto. It was worth the stay😊

Ac is not cooling properly..kettle is not working, no security guard on am shift duty, access card is not working that I need to manually turn on the lights and AC. I hate their water since it has softener which is hard to rinse off. Staff - the staff is friendly and accommodating.. the room is clean though..

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with regards to our facilities. Due to the pandemic, we are operating on skeletal workforce with only in-house staff, including our security guards. We are also limiting staff entry into the rooms after these have been cleaned and disinfected. We will look into your concerns specially with regards to the aircon. We hope to welcome you again, so you can experience the service that our loyal guests have come to know and love.

Very clean and really quiet, an excellent stay with really nice, friendly staff. Check was easy and I'm happy to recommend 18 Suites to anyone looking for somewhere near Lahug.
