The cleanliness of the comfort room and facilities need to be improved. Building looks old

The staff was friendly and accommodating

The room was shabby, floor and wall was moist, bathroom door not closing, bath tub was not working, Other room's Air con outlet was over the balcony and too shabby. But Staffs were friendly, very close to beach, guides are available all the time.

The Staff are Friendly and accommodating, however their elevator is under maintenance, that's why we need to use the stairs to 4th floor. Very exhausting. Our room don't have a telephone to call the lobby and receptionist. The TV in our room is not connected to the internet, we tried to but it's limited. But all in all I would still recommend this Hotel, they let us in even though we are super early for our schedule hour booked. The breakfast buffet is super nice, the food is delicious.

Staffs are friendly. 5 mins away to the beach.

Nice clean room, friendly and accomodating staff. 3-5mins away from the beach. I felt safe and secured during my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I go to boracay.

Nice room, good food, good service but flooded entrance.

The bedsheet, pillow cases and curtains doesn't smell good.

We were saddened because of all the Eurotel hotels this is the only branch that has no shower heater in its studio type room. Another thing is that this is the only branch that doesn't have a breakfast buffet.

The staff was well mannered and accommodating, but their room service is disappointing. We requested for housekeeping when we went out for coffee only to see our room still unkept when we got back. The lift is not working during our stay, so using the stairs was really unpleasant.

Pros- Excellent customer service, Kudos to Paul, Anne and Shai. They gave us another room 3rd floor. Cons- No elevator (assigned room to us 4thfloor!), no phone line (3rd floor) sink was busted (4th floor), our doorlock was lose so it was just open on our 1st night. (4th) Not that clean. Our room was still sandy from prev guests. I know theres a lot of improvement that can be made if the management can read this.

To travelers looking for sensible reviews. Here it is. No art. 1. Location In the middle of station 2. He is close to the sea just a short walk away. Close to mcdo, andoks, d'mall, if you are saving. The location is perfect for me. 2. Room It's okay for the price. The cr doors are a bit old and the metal brackets have stainless steel, but they have no bearing. You are always outside the hotel. The aircon is cold. You can clean up. 3. Facilities There are elevators, there are stairs. There is a massage in the hotel itself. 4. Food He said, let's not expect a buffet bar at all, and 1,700 per night, it's your turn. Okay that's the double chicken, hotdog, egg, coffe, brad, juices. Unli, eh, artistic? 5. Staff Very kind. You will always be greeted especially by those in the lobby. Smile them. So to score 9/10 all. If you are a smart traveler it is okay to buy 1,700 for 2pax epr nyt with buffet. There is a water dispenser so keep it close to the water. The room I went to was a bit old but you could sleep. Importnate you can sleep, cold delicious food is just that :)

I had a pleasant stay here. The staff are approachable and friendly. The location is almost beach front..fronting MCdo and Henann Regency.. it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach. plus a nice Breakfast buffet. So accessible! Just a litte issue about the floor never seen a mop but overall Had a good stay here. It's a Budget Hotel so manage your expectation.

1. The hotel was a little off though. 2. Not recommendable. The front is like a garbage disposal pit and our room is always with noise because of ongoing construction.
