"If a booking was cancelled by the client due to natural calamity such as typhoon resulting Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement.
Room rate on December 31, 2024 stay includes Mandatory Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Mandatory Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room. If guests are less than the standard occupancy, 2 pax will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons, extra person will also be charged accordingly. Room rate on Chinese New Year, January 28 and 29, 2025, stay date includes common buffet dinner for 2 persons. Extra person should also be mandatory to pay dinner at PHP 1,249 (prepaid rate) net per person in order for the resort to guarantee the room booked for you
