I arrived on my birthday and was really having a bad day due to delayed flight. Staff were so welcoming and when we came to our room, there is a Happy Birthday setup and even sent a cake for us. My partner was also delighted and said he had a really good sleep before heading back to Australia. Thanks everyone!

The staff are terribly unwilling to addist in any matter. A situation occured in my case where when booking on their website there was an error charging my card, thus why i booked on Expedia as a plan B. Turns out they did charge my card and did I now had a double booking for the same reaervation. Instead of undrrstanding this and providing a refund they demanded that all reservations are non-refundable thus me soaking the entire cost. Very cheap quality of amenities, and do not expect the staff to anymore than a bare minimum effort in any regard.

The hotel is located next to a vacant lot. It took the staff 30 minutes to check me out because someone had to inspect the room first. They insist on a 2000 peso deposit but were unable to place a hold of that amount on my visa debit card and insisted I either use a credit card or cash. I only had 1000 so they kindly took that. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and equiped well. On the e-bike staff were pleasant and helpful apart from the checkout experience and they let me check out one hour later.

For a smudge on a towel .

Staff were rude and the hotel nickel and dimes you severely regardless of the room pkg purchased. None of the amenities were Available and the lounge/restaurant in the hotel was understaffed and were unable to understand menu items pointed to never mind prepare them. Very disappointed with the staff and surrounding area. And heads up, do not use the towels or shower mat as I was charged cleaning fees for these basic items. Not impressed at all
