Great location. We arrived late at night, and it was a bit challenging to enter, but we figured it out. The front desk rep was kind and very professional. The hotel is old, and common areas may need a TLC, but the bed was really a comfortable, linen smell nice. Room very clean

Low-budget sleeping place, very good location. It is safe but low standard, clean, the internet works. In the rooms, light moisture is visible, blinds are not adjustable, windows with locks. The object resembles the 1970s but in a bad sense.

Very tired hotel. Room size and general cleanliness are good staff are friendly and efficient. But the hotel is 50 years past it's best before date. Halls are clogged with stored equipment ladders etc. Ceilings stained with water, fixtures falling down. Soviet era bakelite hair driers. It's all depressing. One night in and out it will suffice.

It’s a 2 star hotel but deserves -1 star on google, would never stay here again, and paying over €100 a night for the privilege is a joke. Where to start, - Don’t stay here if you have kids, it’s dangerous, sockets hanging off walls & fridge backing into one of the single beds with wires out, making noise all night, walls paper thin, can hear the lift all night, exposed wires in the bathroom, bathroom walls filthy, had a shower and can see the dirt, rubbed my finger down it and it was black, mould on ceiling and in shower & shower curtain filthy, (can they seriously not fit a glass shower screen?) have to carry pram up front building lobby stairs, ok that’s fine, then lift only goes to the 4th floor & staff look pissed when you asked them to come out of the office to put the key in for the 5th, one day the lift was broken and had to carry everything up & down, (hard with a baby and pram) no offer from staff to help, on last day my girlfriend who speaks Portuguese heard the old woman (maybe boss) telling staff not to put the key to activate the 5th floor, that’s just ignorant, place was cleaned very basically, but the single bed I slept in the sheets weren’t changed for 5 days, whole place is depressing needs major refurbishment, my girlfriend found a few bedbugs, stains on towels & bed linen, they left a toilet roll for us one day that had clearly fallen in to water (maybe toilet) and was dried, an absolute disgrace, plates & cups that they leave were cracked & chipped. There’s more but I think this is enough.

Nice hotel in a fine quartiere in Lisboa. The hotel is near the metro station Parque, few minutes distant from the city center. Clean and cozy room. Great staff, they were always smiling and they know how to treat you well. Daniel is amazing.
