We had a great stay at Hotel Jupiter in Lisbon, which is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely welcoming and attentive.
We booked both breakfast and dinner during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options, while dinner was decent, with vegan and vegetarian choices available. The pool is on the smaller side, but you can book a time slot for an additional fee. The steam room and sauna weren’t quite hot enough, but that may have been due to the facilities just opening for the day.
Our room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. On our last day, I inquired about a book at reception, and they initially said it was £20, but then kindly offered it to me for free—a lovely gesture! Thank you
The service throughout our stay was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, the bar staff went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our drinks, and the restaurant staff were professional and discrete, providing great service while respecting guests’ privacy.
Overall, I would rate our stay a solid 5/5 and would definitely return.

What can I say...Amazing hotel! Me and my sister booked this hotel for a 4 night city break in September. Our room was very spacious and clean and contained a minibar. The bed was huge and very comfortable too. The staff were very attentive and helpful as soon as we stepped foot inside the hotel. We had booked half board breakfast and dinner, and there was plenty of variety, and we always left happy and full. Staff at the dining area was also very helpful and friendly. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I am still very shocked that this isn't rated a 5* hotel as it should be. Absolutely no complaints, and I definitely plan to return one day as the whole trip to Lisbon was unforgettable! ❤️

WOW WOW WOW! what a lovely stay at the Jupiter hotel!!
We couldn't fault a thing!
Our room was beautifully cleaned everyday. Everything is so modern and fresh.
The breakfast was amazing!! So much choice!! And lots of vegan options too!!
The staff were very friendly and professional.
And to top it all off, the staff must have noticed from my mum's passport that it was her birthday during our stay. We came back into the room to a lovely surprise, a bottle of bubbly, 2 glasses, cake and happy birthday message. What a lovely and thoughtful touch!!

Had a lovely time at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, it is very clean,
The beds are big and spacious,
Staff are good.
Close to the metro, great Value,
The rooftop area is lovely especially in the evening looking up to the stars.
Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The pool was a bit cold so never went In but the weather was nice and lovely blue sky's .. visited from Scotland so it was much warmer but cold outside for everyone else.
For one week stay it would be nice for the hotel to provide maybe one day free , for the indoor pool , that would give people an idea of what it is like and they might enjoy it enough to pay for other days.

We stayed here for a week for my 40th birthday - fantastic hotel, fantastic, clean, spacious room - the staff were all GREAT! They went above and beyond - made a birthday card for my husband to give me, left champagne, a card, cake and candle in the room on the day of my birthday - AMAZING! Food is fantastic and the bar staff were brilliant. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - wonderful hotel!
